Great job and very professional! Celeste was communicative and let me know when she was on her way, when she arrived, and when she was done. She took ...time to talk with me about what I wanted and recognized exactly what I hadn't loved about the prior grooming on my Portie. She showed me what she would do to correct the prior person's mistakes and already has a plan for next time. While Celeste was a little late compared to the appt time, she did a nice job with my nervous dog and I love the convenience of having her come to us.... She was also communicative about running behind to my appointment. I think this type of grooming service is ideal if you have a reactive dog that needs to be groomed alone for the best outcome.
