She was very impatient. Caught her pulling my son’s ear. Seemed like she didn’t care to accommodate his needs. She knicked him behind the ear. Hair wa...s cut and styled not to what I wanted so we dealt with it was not a bad haircut just a horrible experience. Saw roaches in the lobby. Her salon was hot like the ac wasn’t working properly. Didn’t like her attitude she seemed to only want it her way. Never going back if I can give 0 stars I would. 25 dollars isn’t a bad price but like they say you pay for what you get and well it was more of a 15 dollar cut. Show more

Marc, I'm sorry you felt your baby's haircut experience wasn't pleasant. Quite surprising you thought I was impatient. I spent 45 minutes cutting his hair. As you were well aware it was very difficult cutting his hair, being that it was his second haircut he has ever gotten. Especially being that he would not sit still and was extremely squirmy.
