Matthew, also known as doc, is a people person. The good: Matthew called me on the phone when i ordered two haircuts and checked if that was correct.... he went outside and greeted us to let me know where the location was. He had greeted us in a nice manner. The bad: he was behind schedule and then tried to set me aside to another barber, although i had scheduled for him specifically. The haircut was not blended well. I asked for a low taper haircut, which he had worked on a part of the sideburns, but didn't work on the rest of the hair behind the ear. Right behind the ear was just missed completely. I had to critique the haircut multiple times while he was doing it. The part that was worked on came out 2.5/5 stars. Once the haircut was finished, I was walking out of the establishment, and he had offered a haircut free of charge if we had given a 5 star review. My brothers haircut was the same way and had also put hairspray products in natural wavy shinny hair, which then caused him to take the product out and restart his wave process Show more
