I booked a last-minute appointment with Shanelle last Friday for a same-day silk press, and she was incredibly accommodating to fit me in that evening.... This was my first silk press, and she made it an outstanding experience! Shanelle took her time with every step, showing so much care and precision, even though it was a late-night appointment. I never felt rushed, and she made sure to give me the perfect trim and style, knowing I had an event coming up and wanted it to look amazing. She also took the time to explain how to maintain and style my hair, which was so helpful. It’s been nearly a week, and my hair still looks amazing: smooth, silky, and straight, with minimal touch-ups needed. Shanelle is super nice, personable, and has excellent customer service. I feel so lucky to have gotten an appointment with her, and I’ll definitely be going back. Her prices are also very affordable compared to others in the area. Overall, I had an amazing experience—highly recommend! Show more

Excellent customer service, great hair care and just a wonderful person all around- that’s Shanelle. When Shanelle left Atlanta several months ago my ...hair literally cried. I had never had a stylist like her. When Shanelle began working on my hair about 3 years ago it was about an inch or so long. After she used some of her hair growth and healthy hair techniques my hair grew 7 or 8 inches. Not only is Shanelle good at growing hair she is an awesome stylist.
