My daughter loves her hair and I do too! Ty did a retwist and a style on my daughter’s hair. Ty was very professional and when she was running behind ...she did text me and ask if my daughter can come in a little later instead of having my daughter come in and just wait. She also gave my daughter a discount for the inconvenience. I finally found someone who is good at what she does and is professional. My daughter will be returning permanently. Thank you so much! Booked an appointment for starter locs thinking my son would receive a service took a few days just to accept the appointment just for me to get all t...he way to the location and find out "there was nothing she could do with his hair" and also no refund on deposit at least for the inconvenience, pics should be required before appointments are confirmed because that was completely unfair to the client (my son).
