Wish I could share the same sentiment for all these other 5 star reviews. Unfortunately I seemed to have gotten her on a bad day. Booked an appointm...ent. She said she’d be running late I said okay. 20 mins turned into an entire hour. So I drove 30 minutes and sat in the parking lot for an entire hour waiting on her thinking she’s coming and she randomly cancels on me after telling me she would be coming. She didn’t even have the audacity to let me know before I started driving. Couldn’t believe it. She than recommends her friend for the inconvenience. Her friend I can’t even get a booking clarification because she takes all day to respond or leaves me on seen. You’d think the friend she’d recommend would be a step up for the poor experience but it just extended the bad luck down. This has been going the past 2 days. I made her aware that her friend wasn’t much help either and she’s just been ignoring all of my texts since. You’d think she has a personal vendetta against me. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any stylist. Felt like everyone completely didn’t care about my time at all. Show more
