I've gotten a full set here a few times and the experience of booking the appt, getting the lashes has been very smooth.
Did ask for 16 end up was very short and hybrids looks classic such a waste of money
This place is wonderful. Great customer service, pristine office and I always get many compliments on my lashes. They always come out beautiful and ju...st how I want them. My appointments are always on time and they work hard to accommodate my schedule. Would definitely recommend!! Show more

Imagine going on a month long vacation and you want your eyelashes to last Atleast two/ three weeks, but my eyelashes came of within a week. Wouldn’t ...recommend Show more
The deal and discount that they offered was nice but just know you get what you pay for. Never have I ever had my lashes fall out as quickly as they d...id here. The first two times I didn't say anything or complain but this third time they really started coming out to where they looked over a week old on four days. I called them and scheduled a lash fix for the same day and when on the phone the man never said there was cost and even put in the email header that it was free. Once a i get there and am laying down already taped and ready to go the lash tech says that there was going to be a $15 charge. my issue was not the price it was the fact that I was originally told one thing and then told another right when it was time for me to get my lashes fix. even when I went to go check out the receptionist looked at me confused and said it should've been free. just know you get what you pay for here and there are a lot of other places that will offer you the same if not better deal for a better quality and service. Do NOT waste your time and money. I lost my own eyelashes within 24 hours. The glue they use is very toxic. I also had allergic reactions and my eyes ...were very itchy. I had done eyelash extensions for many years at a different place, and I never had this problem before. The technicians don't have skills. Show more
Iris Lash is the best! They are very attentive, nice and friendly and also very much want you to be a satisfied customer! Not just in it for the loot ...either they really give you the best consultation and choice for your natural lash care as well as your extensions. The freaking best! Also clean and serene! Today I got a Russian volume set 14mm-15mm. They came out great! Super happy with the look. They offer a variety of lengths and even have color lashes... to add an extra pop to your set.Atmosphere was welcoming; nice decorations, relaxing, and extremely well kept. Employees are nice and will do their best to make you feel comfortable and will explain the aftercare instructions. The prices are extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend and will be coming back. Show more

im going back. Nia was fast and my lashes were great.
Some fake reviews, looks like.... supposed to be premium silk. It's synthetic mink. I can feel the difference. It's very heavy and course. Clumpy... I... did groupon, admittedly and regrettably. Other people may have had good experiences, but I did not.... just want to take these off, it's a waste of money. They look and feel horrible. It's not even and the lashes cross each other like an X.... and of course I tipped off the regular price. Undeserving. Show more

The best lash techs in NYC! i have spent years looking for a good, affordable, and reliable place and i’ve finally found one. The employees are so kin...d and the environment is so comfortable. The beds are comfortable, they even give you leg rests and blankets if you ask! Their work is amazing and have all different styles of lashes and are very receptive to whatever request you have. It is relaxing and calm, no loud music or noises. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially in comparison to other salons i’ve been to in nyc. overall such an amazing environment with such kind people. I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple months now and never plan on going anywhere else :) Show more
