Thank you for sharing your experience. I would like to apologize if my tone over the phone came across as aggressive—this was not my intention, and I’m sorry it was perceived that way. There was ongoing confusion regarding the appointment time, as it changed multiple times. Due to this uncertainty, I had to move other clients around, which ultimately caused me to lose another appointment that day. I did my best to remain accommodating despite the changes. To clarify, I never stated that my business operates out of a commercial salon. I run a home-based salon, which is reflected by the address provided at booking. Home salons are professional and common. If this had been a concern, I would have preferred that it be discussed beforehand so we could avoid any misunderstanding. Regarding the presence of a man in the home: as this is a home salon, my husband and children may be present. They do not interfere with services, and I have never received complaints from previous clients regarding this. I would also like to clarify that I did not demand full payment of $120. I initially requested compensation for my reserved time due to the last-minute cancellation. However, once I realized the payment had already been processed through the booking system, I accepted it and did not pursue further payment. I regret that this experience did not meet expectations. For future clients, I encourage open communication prior to appointments so that any questions or concerns can be addressed
