Salon is small and quiet (which is nice). I waited about a half hour after my appointment time which was not great. I had booked with Miki based on re...views. However, she was super backed up and Tina did my nails instead. At first I wasn’t thrilled since I’m extremely particular with my nails and was in the process of finding a new nail place/tech and all reviews said miki is the best, BUT Tina is fantastic. Super detailed and ensure the shape was perfect. I could tell she took her time and ensured my nails were perfect. I will be back. Show more

I had previously booked a nail appointment for my daughter for an acrylic fill in and polish and her nails came out great. I decided to book a gel set... and pedicure for myself afterwords and so got to my appointment on time which was 3:30. I sat for about 10-15 minutes before someone took me which wasn’t a big deal at all. Another women next to me getting her nails done was huffing and puffing about how long she had been there for and didn’t even get her pedicure yet. I thought she was being rude and a bit dramatic, but after it took 4 hours for my nails and pedicure to get done I understood what she was complaining about. My nails came out great, but it took 4 technicians and 4 hours!! When one of the ladies rang me up she said I’ll give you a discount since we took so long. She gave me $5 off. They need a receptionist so they don’t stop so much to take phone calls, book appointments, answer questions, etc. Not sure I will go back there again. Show more
