my friend (UV Fill In) and I (Gel manicure and pedicure) booked our appointments at 10am. We got started after a 30min wait at 10:30am. Not only did I... get charged more than the website suggested, but the man (John) tried to pressure us into giving a higher tip and wouldn’t let it go. We also aren’t happy with the outcome of our nails but after the incident with the tip, we definitely won’t be coming back anymore. Show more

Me (uv manicure) and a friend (gel manicure and pedicure) booked an appointment together. None of us started at the scheduled time. Mine started more ...than 10 minutes and hers 30 min later. My nails were done okay. The color had a decent distance to my cuticles, so it will probably look grown out in a week. And multiple nails have a bubble on it and the color is not fully covered. My friend ended up paying 50% more than the price she booked for without a clear communication beforehand. When we were about to leave, one of the nail artists (male) pressured us to tip more than we already did and started an argument about that with us. Because of his missing language skills he didn’t understand our problems with the tip. We (as two young girls) felt threatened by him and won‘t come back.
