SNS powder nails

My nails came out great! The salon is typically excellent. However, yesterday, when I arrived my appointment had been changed from 4 pm to 3:50 pm, by... the salon. I received a communication to come in early and arrived at 3:45 pm. I was not able to start removing my nail polish until after 4:10 pm, which takes a while to soak off. Additionally, the salon was in a rush so they did not properly apply the tinfoil and acetone to remove my polish the first time. As a result, it took longer than usual to remove the SNS on my nails. I did not leave the salon until 5:30 pm - and was not the only guest who waited over 30 minutes past their appointment to be provided service. It's really dissapointing because the quality and service is usually much better. However, the salon needs to better space out their appointments, including walk-in's and appointments scheduled in advance. It also seemed like there was a lot of confusion due to guests coming in with groupons for manicures. I'm hoping for a better timing experience next time! My nails look great though, in the end.
