I am sorry for your experience; however, I had texted and called the number provided through Booksy the morning of your appointment and you didn’t answer the text or call. My Booksy automatically accepts appointment, unfortunately I don’t control that; otherwise i would have declined it and stated that I would have to be out of the shop all day due to an unforeseen circumstance. I provided alternatives for your appointment in the voicemail and text that i sent to you as well. Please let me know if there’s anything we can do to satisfy your experience.
