Noemi produces quality work and is very detail-oriented, which I genuinely appreciate. However, her professionalism, communication, and overall busine...ss practices do not reflect the standards I would expect. Communication has been a consistent challenge. While I am understanding when unforeseen circumstances arise, including illness, it is difficult to justify the lack of response—even after several days. It took nearly a month and multiple follow-ups to secure an initial appointment, despite visible activity on social media. Additionally, her booking process is not efficient or client-friendly. There are unusual requirements, such as needing to follow her on social media to book. While requiring a deposit is completely reasonable to protect her time, that same level of respect and accountability is not reflected in how she communicates with her clients. Although I was pleased with the results of my first visit, my follow-up experience was disappointing. My fill appointment was canceled just a few hours prior due to illness, which is understandable. However, I did not receive any communication for nearly a week afterward. A brief message acknowledging the delay and setting expectations would have gone a long way. When I eventually followed up more firmly, I did receive a response, but there was no acknowledgment or apology for the lack of communication. Given my demanding schedule and frequent travel, reliability is essential. Based on this experience, I cannot confidently recommend Noemi as a dependable or professional lash artist. I will actively not recommend her and will share my experience if asked for lash artist recommendations. .
