From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed everyone was very nice. Rose made sure I was comfortable every step of the way she offered me water a...nd candy and talked me through everything she planned on doing before she did it just to make sure I was okay with everything and even gave me tips on how to manage my hair better and she was very gentle throughout the entire process. Overall I had an excellent experience and I will definitely book again. Side note: I had a ponytail when I walked in but my go to is a fro so I just pulled my hair back into a ponytail it was a lot to maintain but Rose got me right. Show more
