While i apologize for what you may have gone through, but your review is a little harsh and off putting. I've been in this industry for 20+ years and I have never had this type complaint . This review was left 2 weeks after your service and after your hair grew back. It sounds like you may have gotten an ingrown hair in your beard as hair can easily get trapped underneath a pore which is common. It also sounds like you need to get service more frequently due to the way you wear you get your haircut, but my equipment is not dirty and I’m far from a shady barber. Have a nice day!!!
