Worse experience ever. Appointment was at 4 and she wanted me to wait an extra 30 mins because she was with another client. (Which I didn’t mind at al...l). She asked if I needed my hair wash and I said yea. We went to the back and she was like it’ll be extra for the wash and I replied “that’s crazy but ok cool.” She proceeded to wash my hair then. We get to her chair and she was like can you pay me now because she was uncomfortable because she didn’t know me and didn’t like the fact I said “that’s was crazy about the wash.” I took the money out to attempt to give her and asked her what if I don’t like my hairstyle because I don’t know her. (She don’t know me to do my hair but want my money) hahaha! When I just replied back to her statement she then feels like I was being aggressive but speaking to her in the same manner that she gave me. Why book someone if you suppose to know everyone who sits in your chair. I came for an experience and the only service I got was a washed wet hair to go on my marry way. And on top of all this I drove 2 hours just to say o yea I don’t know you so no service! Show more
