Very neat and has a pleasant attitude but where is the hair? Price too darn high for thin or weak hair, it will be too spacey, and I look almost bald,... not enough hair added so the styles don't look good. Especially if you are funny about a receding hair line (big forehead), so maybe rethink going here unless the prices are lowered. After further conversations with Ms Jay, owner, I was offered a discount of $75 to be refunded. Comparing my normal look vs this spacey look, it appears that customer satisfaction is just as important to Jay's Beauty Cave as healthy hair. I say, give Jays a try but just be honest during the service and before you leave to allow Ms Jay to make it right. Show more
