This was my first cut by Jason, I usually go to another barber at this shop but he was on vacation. I did my part by giving the best example for him t...o work with, and he seemed to understand what I was asking for. When I showed up, I showed him a video I had found that was similar to the cut that I wanted and told him specifically what it was I wanted similar/changed and he seems to understand what I was asking for. An hour and some minutes later, Jason had completely disregarded everything I asked for, giving me a completely different haircut and cut off 6 months worth of hair length that is required for the specific haircut that I had asked for. This “miscommunication” was so disappointing to the point that I had to talk to the owner directly after this cut and explain the situation. Thankfully the owner, Adan, was extremely helpful and professional. Yes you did show me the pictures of what you wanted to get. Also told me you wanted to cut the sides make it shorter so from there I showed you a other reference which was a burst fade and I explained it so you can understand and after what I explained you agreed. So being professional and before cutting your hair I asked multiple times to make sure that was what you wanted and told me yes so I gave you the haircut that I showed you after. For this reason there was no charge for this haircut.
