My son has been to Elijah four times and I tip very well for a basic mens cut. I scheduled my son’s cut for the day before school started, THREE weeks... in advance and my appt was confirmed. Fast forward to his appt day and time, he arrives 30 min early just to be told that his barber is not there and unavailable. I was given ZERO notice, which didn’t give me time to make other arrangements. Effective communication and common courtesy doesn’t seem to be a thing anymore. Now I understand that emergencies come up and things happen but it is unprofessional to just not notify your clients properly. Luckily Dosa cut my son’s hair and did a great job. So unfortunately I wont be scheduling with Elijah anymore to avoid any issues in the future. I would rather give my patronage to someone who values my time and money. And common courtesy wouldn’t hurt either. I recommend scheduling with Dosa or Brian. Show more
