Barbie is very sweet. I just didn’t know she did not speak much English so was hard to understand what she was telling me or advise what I wanted. Bee...n wanting to do lamination for a long time. They looked great when I left but I haven’t seen much change in my eyebrows since, a little bit of a waste. May try it again and bring someone who can help me communicate though as she shapes them well. Show more
