Didn't get my appointment. Went to the shop and was told it would be 2 hours or more before my son could get in the chair due to walk-ins being priori...ty. That's bad business. Response: My husband was there at 1250. Not 30 minutes early. We had other plans this afternoon. Just not understanding why even make the appointment.

Thank you for patience, however you arrived 30 min before your appointment which I was working with my 2 appointment so I asked if you could wait until your appointmentd time at 1pm or reschedule and we had agreed at 3:30 it was fine but you ended up not showing!

First time going to JROD after moving in the area, but he got me right. He was super patient when I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, even pulled up ...reference pictures to make sure we were on the same page, took his time and used products that smelled great. Will definitely be back.

My father and I easily made appointments to get haircuts with JROD. He was a great listener, stylist, and bilingual conversationalist. We highly recom...mend him. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. It's a great, clean, safe atmosphere Mi papá y yo hicimos citas facilmente para cortes de pelo con JROD. Es un buen escuchador,estiista, y conversacionalista bilingüe. Lo recomendemos altamente. Los otros empleados tambien son amistosos y ayudantes. Es un ambiente excelente, limpio y seguro.
