I'm a new customer at his barbershop, he does a good job and his cuts are quick. although i recently had a bad experience , which i understand is part...ially my fault for not letting him know that my hair shrinks. i tried messaging him 2 days after my haircut, saying i didn't like how short it was, and i needed a refund or some kind of compensation because the deposit is non-refundable. he messaged me back within a few hours saying he can leave my next cut exactly how i want and make it cheaper, but failed to address my need for a refund. i tried messaging again afterwards but no response. i paid with credit card and received my receipt by phone number before leaving the barbershop. this was unnecessarily difficult and i won't be coming back.

At the end of the appointment, you did say you liked the haircut, so I wasn’t aware there was any concern at that time. If something feels off, I always encourage clients to let me know before leaving so I can make adjustments right away. I understand that with certain hair types, the cut can appear shorter after it settles. While I’m unable to offer refunds after a completed service, I did reach out and offer to make it right on your next visit by adjusting the length to your preference and offering a discount. I always aim to provide quality work and clear communication, and I’m here to make sure every client leaves satisfied.
