HN Passion Nails is the best salon I've been to. When I lived in Glendale, I was going for a year consistently, but then I moved about 45 minutes away... so I had to find something closer. I've tried 4 different nail salons since I've moved, and I've been disappointed with all of them. So, I decided to come back and get my nails done at HN Passion Nails. And honestly... best service, best prices, & best nail results. Lee was my nail technician this time and I just love her attitude and you can tell she really wants to do the best job for her clients. I have also had my nails done with other technicians there that are also great. I made the decision that it is worth it to drive 45 minutes if it means I get a good nail experience!

Nicole was amazing. I made an appt when they first opened. I got a gel manicure and passion pedicure for my baby shower coming up so I spoiled myself.... She did an awesome job. Anytime I feel like splurging on myself I come here all the time to get my nails done. Extra for French tips and any other add ons.

the service was just ok. kevin did my nails. i’ve never had anyone put an excess amount of glue on my nails where it’s coming out on the sides. he wa...s able to file it down which i was grateful for. i went with a light color but because he had filed off the glue from under my gel c nails all the lines were visible which looked ugly. at the Salon, they didn’t look bad, but when you went out to the sunlight, it was way more noticeable. He was very nice about changing the color, but at that point, my nails had already six coats of color in total and they started to get air bubbles and bumps through out. service took almost two hours with the correction of the color. from a far they look great but up close you can see some imperfections which is a bit upsetting because i was treating myself. this was before we decided to pick something less sheer to cover the lines under my nails. it was a bit frustrating for me seeing as though I had gotten my nails done before with gel. X and I was able to pick a clear color and I never saw all of those lines so it wasn’t what I went in wanting, but I was forced to in order to not see the lines. not forced by kevin but myself because i felt those lines looked ugly

Overall, the service was just okay. Kevin was great he had a good personality and provided excellent customer service. However, for our other two serv...ices, we didn’t get any introduction or much communication, which felt a bit impersonal. They seem to charge for everything, including the two nails I had extended. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed the nails weren’t fully glued, leaving a gap where things could get stuck. I wasn’t completely satisfied with the experience, but I guess that’s sometimes what happens when you’re trying to find a new nail salon.
