I’m sorry for your bad experience at our salon but number one my question is you said my girl was doing your pedicure and she was sneezed and didn’t wash her hands I don’t think she was working on your feet and use her dirty hands to cover her mouth number 2 you said she took for both of you in one hour half that very normal time for basic manicure and pedicure 1 hour for basic manicure and pedicure and your friend 30 minutes for pedicure she spends the right amount of time to server you both I'm much more precious if you came up to me that day and tell me that you wasn’t happy instead of gave me 1 star we’re working very hard to hope our clients happy
