This is not accurate, your appointment was at 11 o’clock and you left at 11:15 o’clock. Secondly, today is a Saturday, and all barbers are busy on this day, and customers must wait anywhere for a doctor’s appointment, a barber’s appointment, a purchase anywhere you go for a service. You must be patient and wait for the customers before you as well. When I go to get my hair cut myself, I wait for at least an hour, I was done with the person before you at 11:15 which was not considered a delay if I have one under my hands already, thank you. 🙏
