First time coming to Queen Bee after my usual shop closed. I found the staff to be very friendly and took great care of me. I got a gel mani and pedi,... very happy with my nails. I will definitely return and highly recommend. Show more

I visited the salon at 10 am on July 31, 2024, and was the only client at that time. Initially, the service was going well, but then the technician do...ing my hands began conversing with the technician working on my toes. They were speaking Mongolian, and it was clearly a personal conversation that upset the technician working on my hands. Their conversation was loud and filled with negative energy, which I found highly unprofessional, especially during a massage. Despite this, they continued their back-and-forth until the owner arrived. Such conversations should be reserved for private moments, not in front of clients. I didn’t have my headphones with me to block out the unpleasant energy, and I didn't speak up for fear of further upsetting them and compromising the quality of my service. I ended up playing a YouTube channel on my phone to drown out their loud conversation. Overall, the experience was far from relaxing. While I want to support small businesses, as a business owner myself, I don't understand why the owner doesn't train their employees, especially for services that involve physical contact. This was a major miss for me. On a positive note, the pedicure was better than the manicure. The callus removal was thorough, and the toe grooming was well done. The toe polish has held up well, but unfortunately, the hand polish started chipping the next day. Show more
