Young man , far right by wall was amazing. I did complaint aloud when the lady far left continued to take walk ins, apparently w appts, and leaving th...e rest waiting. I waited over an hour. The problem is that they make appts, and when those people show up, they take them first. I don't mind, except they DONT TELL YOU that there's going to be a long wait. After I left, there were still 5 more cuts and they kept getting bumped-- especially by appts. They will lose costumers if they continue to do that practice.price went up to $35. Too expensive.
