Did not follow instructions. But because i was a last minute customer im good. Requested a 1 inch cut from fro i had which was covering my scalp baldn...ess, he chopped it all off. Asked for a high taper, he gave me a low taper. I appreciate the service in general, yet make sure you hear what customer desires it helps keep them. I definitely wouldve come back as a permanent customer. Show more
