Called let this guy letting him know I was 12 mins late because of traffic issues due to his shop location . Arrived at 1:12pm and was told I had to ...wait till 2pm because I was late (was just a line up btw ) . But then This guy wasted my time by rescheduling my appointment to 2pm because I was 12 mins late , Had me wait till 1:30pm and THEN JUST CANCELLED on me entirely and “fired” me as a customer lol ??? . This not even a shop it’s a just Small room with no windows and no A/C so prepare to sweat . I usually don’t leave bad reviews and Ive been a loyal customer to Sherland throughout his multiple shops but lately this guy has terrible customer service and attitude issues which explain why his business has gone down hill ! And since he wants to lie I’ve attached call logs and messages to show I was more than punctual and have always been . Please stay away from this guy he’s going crazy now Show more

This brother calls me early saying that he was going to be late. He calls me after 12 minutes into the time he supposed to be here and then said it was going to be 17 minutes extra late so I asked him to reschedule his time for 2 o’clock and then he started texting me the whole time and I wasn’t able to reschedule my other appointment . This brother never liked me because if he did, he would’ve never wrote a bad review after almost 10 years.
