I showed up to the shop at 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Door was locked. Waited outside until my appointment time - barber never showed... up so I left. Show more

Hey Mike, I'm sorry you're disappointed in your service today. I would like to clarify I arrived 2 mins late to the barbershop from my lunch break. I waited 6 mins later to contact you believing you were late to your appointment. However you then let me know that you left at 11:30am. The appointment you scheduled was from 11:30am-12pm.
