I experienced an issue of not being able to get ahold of him when my appointment was rescheduled five days out from the original date with no explanat...ion. When I saw Adrian and explained my situation, I learned he was out of country but I had no way of knowing after calling and texting his main phone line Adrian Cuts. I received responses from an automated chat bot which didn’t help. I experience a bit of frustration when my appointment was rescheduled through Booksy after the payment went through. I didn’t have any other options other than to accept the rescheduled day for a day that I did not want to come in or to cancel and not get refunded. That’s the only thing I don’t like about using Booksy because something like this can this can happen. I could not call or text him to reschedule because he could not reached. My suggestion is for Adrian to obtain the email address of each customer in the event that the barber needs to reach out to the customer in situations like this so that he can still be in touch with his customers in the event that he cannot call or text them. I also suggest that he leaves a voice message on his main line stating when he is available/unavailable and states the date that he will be returning to work. Adrian was reasonable when I had the conversation with him asking for a refund; I just didn’t pay the remaining amount that was due as compensation. I hope this review will help better improve the communication flow when things change. Show more
