I booked the appointment in Feb for an appt in March. Sent the deposit, then got the official appointment acceptance confirmation about a day after I ...booked and sent the deposit. I text her two days before the appt, and again the day before. She read my message, but never responded. I called and texted the morning of the appt, no response. I asked for my deposit back-no response. I understand things happen-but communication is everything. Show more
