I changed my appointment weeks ago and she she waited until the day of 36 minutes before my appointment and tried to reschedule. I came all the way fr...om Kalamazoo. After I told her I was on the way already she tried to charge me more and say that the listing was for something else. I came up with the money she stopped replying. I drove to her shop and was there on time. She never showed up but instead sent one of her workers who doesn’t do dreadlocks to tell me she wasn’t coming. I drove a hour and she knew about my trip.
