I needed an updo for my wedding so I sent pics before my appointment of the style to make sure she could do it. When she finished my hair that’s when... she told me my hair was too short for the style. That’s something she should have known before she started. When I looked at my hair it looked nothing like the pic. She said she would redo it but I would have to come back 5 hours later and she would charge an additional $25 for going over the scheduled time. I was preparing for my wedding so I didn’t have that kind of time. Also how are going to charge your customer for a mistake you made. She works out of her house so I definitely did not feel safe going back. I asked her to refund me at least half of my money but she refused. If you need an elegant updo, do not go to this person!!! Look at the pic of the style she did vs the one I asked for. Ridiculous!!!! Show more
