If I give a 0 star review I would. I’m so livid! I flew over 15hrs from Hawaii to attend my graduation for my MBA and wanted to get my hair done. I bo...oked online.. appointment confirmed! I thought it was all good! But to my surprise, when I arrived, the door was locked! Wtf! I rung the door bell and some lady open the door. I told her I had an appointment for 4pm.. she said .. “oh we close at 2:30”.. she said it with a smile like it was funny! She said there’s a party today that the stylist was attending! I was speechless! I asked did she have another place I could go to, she said no.. “sorry” and closed the door! I can’t believe this!
