It is highly exhausting so many stylists have no common courtesy for your time. They request a deposit, and charge late fees but are frequently at MIN...IMUM 45 mins late with no offer of accommodation or even a simple apology. If you're not an early riser, remove early timeslots! You wait a month and half to sit in their chair just for them to act like they couldn't care less in lieu of being appreciative that you're in their seat instead of someone else's. I in fact, canceled a reliable stylist the same day I booked here because I wanted to try a different style. And that response is exactly the lack of professionalism indicated. No apology as shown on the added screenshot. Ignorant is being offended because you don't have common decency. Show more

My representative on this app told me to wait for a response about your confirmation becauseI this was the day of your appointment, they had to send it through a different process. Like I told you before you can come to the salon to get it if it’s a rush. I’m very professional an fair. Don’t come on my page being ignorant have a blessed day. An I definitely told you sorry for the inconvenience you full of it. Most stylists don’t even offer a refund even if it’s their fault, I’m fair as they come I inconvenience you. I could’ve easily only allowed you to use your deposit as a credit because my deposits are non refundable, but because of the person I am an it’s my fault I offered your money back. You’re definitely ignorant an have me confused with these other stylists I don’t even want your business 😂
