When we first connected, I adjusted my busy schedule to accommodate you after your previous appointment had been canceled. It was truly my pleasure to help. Over time, I noticed that the hair units being dropped off for styling consistently arrived with visible product buildup, dirty lace, old curls, and an odor that became noticeable once heat was applied. I respectfully explained that units needed to be clean before styling and even offered my professional unit cleaning service as a convenience. When that wasn’t a good fit, I let you know you were welcome to clean them yourself before drop-off. Later, after deciding I no longer offered this service, I communicated that decision, declined your offer to pay more, and even recommended other stylists who could better meet your needs. When my online booking site mistakenly still allowed the appointment, I honored your deposit and completed the service despite no longer offering it. My goal has always been to treat every client with respect, honesty, and professionalism. While I’m sorry we were no longer the right fit, I genuinely wish you the very best in finding a stylist who better meets your needs.
