I’d like to disagree with the entirety of this review. Starting with the atmosphere. I’d say the atmosphere shifted extremely since you walked in making the clients and other stylist uncomfortable. Next, you made it difficult to communicate since yesterday when I tried to ask what hair color you'd like and if you'd like a wash. I asked numerous times to get an answer. Also you didn’t come in washed like you said you would making me not able to set the correct time for your appointment. Then, you showed me a style that wasn’t what was booked for. I don’t have a 5 braid option to book so that’s a lie too. Then when I clarified how I would do the 6 braids in the style you asked you agreed to what I communicated with you. Then I did the first half, let you check it to see if you liked how it was turning out, you said yes. You asked for dramatic baby hairs and I informed you I don’t do dramatic baby hairs. You can see from the pictures in here that it clearly isn’t my style. You were asked to turn your phone down by another stylist because you were listening to ASMR videos extremely loud and this is a shared space and other clients deserve to enjoy their experience without hearing your phone. I did my best to communicate with you from the jump and you were unwilling.
