The owner of this establishment is disrespectful and unreliable. I had to call her to remind her of my appointment after waiting for her to arrive for... 10 minutes. She arrived 30 minutes after the start time and acted as if I was supposed to cancel the appointment even though my deposit had already been taken from my account. She was rude when I expressed that I should be compensated for my time when I had arrived on time and she was late. She made up lies about why she was late when she initially said she had a "headache." She clearly forgot about the appointment. She told me they don't open on Sundays. If that's the case, why was the appointment available for me to book and when another patron arrived, she performed a service for them. I should have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer. Show more

Like I had apologize to you yesterday for being 30mn late I am apologize to you once again here in front of of the world even though you have cursed and treating me in my shop in front of the kids. I had given you $20 off for complimentary but you wanted more discount and I told you that i can’t because I have to pay the braiders. You had your friends giving me bad reviews for the pass 5 hours now. I have cameras in my shop and if you give me a green light to post I will post it so the world will know the true. At maison Mirah customer service is always our priority I never had drama in my shop. Thank you 🙏

Wanted to get my daughters hair braided for her 5th birthday. I usually braid her hair but I did not have the time nor the patience. When I take her t...o get her hair braided the braids are too tight and I instantly regret it as her edges become bumpy from being pulled and are thin. I was referred to Maison Mirah by a friend Who told me that the owner Jami is an amazing braider and really good with kids as well as adults so I booked and appointment. So first of all her shop is beautiful! Everything is clean and you get your own booth with full mirror in front of you so you can keep an eye on your braids. I have never seen a braid shop like this. Second Jami is a sweetheart she listened to my concerns and my daughters hair came out beautiful. I was so impressed that I booked myself an appointment. Please if you are looking to keep your edges and want to get your hair done on time in a clean quiet environment please visit Mason Mirah for all your braiding needs. Show more
