My son had an appointment scheduled yesterday. The appointment was confirmed and we even received a reminder via email. When he arrived he was told th...at the appointment had been cancelled and that it had been communicated to me. I never received any notice of this cancellation. It was disappointing to drive almost an hour and a half to be told he was not getting his haircut. I still have not heard from Chosen regarding this issue. Show more
