I arrived 9 minutes late for a 10:30 appointment on 12/19/2025. Historically, and based on prior experience, there has been a 10–15 minute grace perio...d. I called at 10:39 and again at 10:41 to notify the vendor. The appointment was cancelled, and communication over the phone was brief and abrupt. I was instructed to rebook online, with the next available time several hours later. I did not observe any active cutting taking place during the 10:30–11:15 window afterward. While the quality of the haircut itself has been good in the past, this experience reflects ongoing issues with reliability, professionalism, and communication that have compounded over time. Consistency and respect for customers’ time are just as important as the cut. Show more
