A month ago I was desperate for so many reasons, to find someone to braid my hair. I’m African American and have lived in Visalia for 4yrs. Being that... there aren’t mANY stylists who are knowledgeable about our hair texture and protective styles, I’ve experienced trauma and disappointment over and over taking risks. Once you find someone who is not only knowledgeable and professional but, passionate and pleasant as a person, the appointment easily goes from a risky and nerve racking decision to a blessing with benefits that are mutual! Sabrina, was careful to take my concern based on previous experiences into consideration while reassuring me of her understanding of what I desired. I had two pictures and couldn’t decide on which I liked best so she combined aspects of both! While she braided my hair, we had such great conversation! The nerves I had very quickly turned into excitement about having found her and about connecting with someone who isn’t just good at what she does, but clearly cares about every client she engages with! My braids are still as neat and pretty today as they were after leaving Fades_N_Braids (aside from my edges 😆), a month ago! So many times, we’re overcharged for less than satisfactory services on top of unpleasant interactions with those offering them. Sadly, one way or another, you often feel forced to accept what you know isn’t fair treatment. Sabrina, is one of few exceptions that I’m so very grateful for! I highly recommend making an appointment with her for braids of all kinds regardless of ethnic background! If I wasn’t already a faithful customer of my son’s barber, I’d switch to Sabrina without hesitation! I pray God continues to bless and prosper the works of her hands!! Okay! So I’m new to Visalia and Needed my hair braided up Last min for my Birthday, Sabrina accepted my Last min appointment & I asked originally for ...Four feed in braids, I have 4c/coily thick hair but had the sides shaved off so my length is all over the place lol, she was able to give me Six! Feed ins and Gripped all my baby hairs/fly away hairs and gave me the look I was going for. I am very satisfied with my service She was Nice and Funny ,I was comfortable in the atmosphere provided,I will definitely be going back. Thankyou!! Show more
