This guy s**** he messed up my hair extremely bad and then didn’t offer to fix it instead he tried pushing me out the door to try to sweep it under t...he rug. I asked for a manager and he said there is no manager then I asked for the owner and he finally gave in and brought the problem to the light. He continued to try to blame me as if I was the one cutting my own hair SMH. I took that as a unbelievably disrespectful act and pathetic. I hope this young man stops blaming people’s hair and starts to take some accountability for his skills or lack of them. Show more

We do not have a manager. I am a self employed as a barber. As a professional, my job is to educate my clients on what haircut will best suit their hair texture and bone structure. You did not take my advice and insisted otherwise. This lead to the result of a haircut you were not fond about. I gave you a free haircut and so did the owner of the shop. You got 2 free haircuts and still are not satisfied. I apologize that we could not please you. I hope you come across the right barber that works for you. I am much obliged to you for taking the time to leave your feedback. It reveals your character.
