We arrived for the appt that was scheduled for 1030, when we arrived no one was even there and we had to wait 10 minutes for them to arrive. I then to...ld him my son is really nervous about getting his hair cut and the barber said maybe 2 words to me. Then while he was cutting my sons hair my son asked him to please keep the top longer and this full grown man said don’t tell me how to do my job, to my son, who was already nervous. Then half finished his hair it looked awful! My son was so upset in the car and we had to go somewhere else to try to fix. Update: Joseph the owner called me to offer a free haircut since we had a bad experience and they also gave us a refund. My son did decline the free hair cut but it was very much appreciated.
