My husbands hair cut looked good. But we didnā€™t want anyone touching his mustache or beard. Just wanted just his hair cut and his mustache got cut. Al...so thinned his hair out and shouldnā€™t have because itā€™s already thin. Werenā€™t upset about trimming around his beard but were upset that his mustache. First time going to a actual barber to. Maybe ask if they would like it trimmed before doing it. Everyone was very friendly as well. I also donā€™t get how a haircut went from $35 on the app to $45. This was my Valentineā€™s Day gift to my husband on Feb 13th. He also didnā€™t ask for his beard to be trimmed either. I know for a fact because he trimmed it before leaving home

I appreciate the feed back greatly. Iā€™m sorry about the mix up. During the service while tapering the sides I asked if he want me to do the beard and he said yes. So I did a full beard service as well thatā€™s why it was 45 and not 35.

Had an appointment with DJ fade who is no longer with the barber shop. I never received a notification about this. I felt obligated to carry out servi...ce with Dave. I wouldā€™ve lost my $30 if the appointment was cancelled which is not fair when I booked it with someone else. My sonā€™s front hair line is now crooked. Iā€™m done with this barber shop. I wanted to love it but the language used by other barbers is not appropriate in front of children.
