He told my daughter he wouldn't be doing her hair if she didn’t have an event to go to. That is unprofessional. I wasn’t there, but if I had been, I w...ould’ve immediately had my child get up, and we'd be out the door because burden where? And burden who? In other words, I would rather not be doing your hair. And why accept an appointment and be funny about it or have something negative to say. No, is an option. Or, ma'am, this weekend Im booked. Clients help keep your business running. Professionalism and respect go both ways in a service-based industry. My daughter is chill and minds her business. My daughter is not about to argue with an adult. She didn't think much of it, but as a parent who can read between the lines, it ain't sliding. Never again. Sidenote: She loved her hair, and her hair was beautiful. She was beautiful at the end of the day and I appreciate him doing her hair even if he'd rather not. Again, respect and professionalism was lacking so I had to do a 1 star unfortunately. Show more
