Hair was washed but not conditioned, had to ask to get excess color off of my face and she flat ironed my hair with no heat protectant. Maybe she does... things differently than what I’m used to. Show more

Thanks for the 2 stars ! everyone works differently we always use leave in conditioner which Is used for detangle moisture and heat protectant it's 3 in 1 ! in case you didn’t know we don’t use so many products so the hair doesn't get greasy….also stained forehead I mean it’s color def have to use something to remove it I’m sorry you had a bad experience and wish u would of said something while you were sitting there but thanks again for the review have a great day
