I recently had an appointment with a barber named Lance, which turned out to be a deeply disappointing experience. Despite having a scheduled appointm...ent for 6:00 PM, which was then moved to 6:30 PM, my presence was completely overlooked upon my early arrival. I waited patiently, expecting some form of acknowledgment or communication from Lance, but none came. After an extended wait, with no interaction or update on my appointment status, I felt disregarded and undervalued as a customer. As a result of this unprofessional experience, where I was left to wait until 6:55 PM without any service, I decided to leave. This experience was frustrating and disheartening, especially given the importance of respect and time management in service industries.
