J…is a professional, no drama or attitude. If she is going to be a little late she communicates that well and apologizes. Her work is neat and she is ...very gentle. Her suite is cute and has snacks as well. She took care of me on two different occasions (medium knotless) while I was in town for the illness and unfortunately death of my mother. I told her she is worth flying from California for her to continue braiding my hair if I can find a professional as herself…IF I keep getting braids because it has actually grown a lot for the style I want now but we will see… BEWARE you will get many compliments so have her information available to give out😀. Very professional and nice. Communicate very well. The only thing I didn't like was that She was late to the appointment and I was charged an extra 15....00 dollars to wash my Daughter's hair. It was not in the instructions that if you didn't wash your hair It would be an extra 15.00 dollars. Overall my kid's hair looks amazing. Very neat very creative very nice. The prices are worth it. My kiddo looks amazing. Going back again. Thank you Show more
