I took my 6 yr old to you all yesterday I walked in told them I had an appointment with Miguel and they sat him with someone else I had already paid o...n line then as he’s getting his haircut by somebody else Miguel calls my phone and walks over to me I told him I don’t know why they sat my son with someone else so I ended up having to pay the man who was cutting my sons hair after I already paid on line then my son started crying because the man was using a straight edge razor on him he’s only 6 and my son said it hurt but the guy said no it don’t hurt and still did it this really made me mad this is only my sons 2nd time ever getting a hair cut and to make it a bad experience really was not professional. Migual cut his hair first time and he didn’t cry and it was a great experience Show more
