Skill wise there’s no complaints. Bro definitely knows his craft. Cut was fire and he saw the vision The part I’m indifferent about is wait times. Fi...rst time I came I waited close to an hour to get into the chair. Luckily I didn’t work that day so I was able to wait. Second time was no problem, but the third time around my little brother(5) needed a cut so I made an appt for him and my mom was waiting for like 45 mins. He’s on a tight schedule so she really couldn’t wait any longer so she gets up and him they are leaving. All he says is ok. No apology no nothing. I understand cuts take time and attention to detail but I feel as though the appointment should ‘t have been confirmed for 5 if he wasn’t gonna be available for a whole 45 mins. Again Matt is good at what he does & I will continue to go to him but this experience was disappointing to say the least. Communication is an area that definitely needs to be improved. Had he said “Hey I apologize but this cut is going to take a while is that ok?” It would have been a complete different story. Show more
